We miss all our clients and look forward to welcoming you back as soon as we possibly can!

We feel it is important to share with our clients the new practices and guidelines we will put in place when we reopen the salon.

FIRSTLY THE SALON HAS BEEN DEEP CLEANED AND STERILISED READY FOR YOUR RETURN TO KEEP OUR CLIENTS AND TEAM SAFE!

Upon arriving in the salon you will be warmly welcomed as usual but we will have to follow government guidelines regarding social distancing. Usually we would ask to take your jacket we will now ask you to hang your own jacket up. We will then ask you to use the hand sanitiser which will be available on all work stations your stylist will also use the sanitiser.

You will then be directed to your chair which will have been thoroughly cleaned with disinfectant after every client, where there will be a gown, towel which  will either be disposable or washed  at 90% and a plastic cape these items  will only be used on you and then disposed of. We will then give you instructions on how to put all the protective items on.

All our refreshments will be served in recyclable disposable cups.

Our clients will only be seated in every second chair to maintain social distancing. Fortunately we have a large salon so we can follow social distancing guidelines.

There will only be one client at the backwash at one time.

All products retail and non retail will be sanitised after use and before we put them in a bag if you want to purchase any.

As always at Paradox brushes, scissors and tools will be sterilised after every client including all electrical equipment.

We will no longer provide magazines but we do have free WiFi so your more than welcome to utilise this on phones and tablets.

Your stylist will organise your bill and home-care and arrange your next visit from your seat to avoid crowding around reception. Contactless payment is preferred but not necessary the card machine will be sterilised after every use.

We will ask you to sanitise your hands before leaving the salon and let us get the door for you.

We would request that you do not bring anyone with you especially children and elderly parents for your appointment and arrive as close as you can to your appointment time not to over crowd the reception area we will give extra time for appointments as not to overcrowd the salon.

Even with all these new measures in place it is still possible that anyone can pass on Covid-19 to anyone else.We please ask you to follow government guidelines and medical advice. Please don’t be offended if we ask you a few questions when you make your booking.

We will update this page with any new guidelines from the government. We thank you for your patience and look forward to welcoming you back to Paradox.
